My mother-in-law taught me to make this, and it’s surprisingly easy to make. She got it from some Hong Kong cooking show.
Pork ribs are definitely a favourite among meat-eaters so you won’t go wrong with this one. Not recommended if you’re on a diet!
Best served with steaming white rice.
Ingredients:
- A dozen pork ribs, mainly the kind sold for bbqing
- Ketchup (about one cup)
- Oyster sauce (2 tbsp)
- Worschestershire sauce (1 tbsp)

- Pepper
- Dried chilli (optional) (7-8)
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- Vegetable cooking oil
Method:
- Brown garlic on med-high heat
- Add in ribs and cook for 2-3 mins til white
- Add in all the sauces and dried chilli
